Alcove ships to the United States and to the other markets available in our country selector and at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States. Shipping to other available markets is calculated at checkout before payment.

Delivery timing

Most US orders arrive within 3–8 business days. Delivery timing for other markets and for slower, handmade or made-to-order pieces may vary. Where available, the product page or checkout will show the relevant estimate. Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees.

Separate parcels

Alcove items may ship directly from different specialist suppliers or makers. If an order contains products from more than one location, the items may arrive separately and on different days.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation after purchase and tracking information as each parcel ships.

International duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or local charges. Where these are not collected at checkout, the carrier or local authority may collect them on delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delays and address accuracy

Please check the delivery address carefully before ordering. If an order falls outside its estimated window, contact us and we will follow it up with the supplier and carrier.
