Shipping policy

Free shipping. Shipping is free on every order within the United States. The price you see is the price you pay — there's no shipping added at checkout.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

When it arrives. Most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days. A few pieces, particularly the handwoven and made-to-order items, can take a little longer — the product page tells you what to expect for that item. These windows are estimates, not guarantees, and don't include the odd delay outside our control.

More than one parcel. ALCOVE is a curated collection — our pieces are made by different workshops and small makers, and they ship from where they're made. If your order contains items from more than one maker, they may arrive separately, on different days, at no extra cost to you. It's not a mistake; the rest is on its way.

Tracking. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and tracking details once each item ships.

A note on customs. Because we ship from within the US to US addresses, there are no import duties or customs charges for you to pay.
