Welcome to ALCOVE. By using this site and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Ordering. When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We confirm by email, and a contract is formed when we accept your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or there's been a pricing error — and if we do, we'll refund you in full.

Pricing and availability. Prices are in US dollars and include shipping within the US. We do our best to keep prices, descriptions and availability accurate, but errors happen; if we find one that affects your order, we'll contact you before proceeding. Availability can change without notice.

Our products. Many of our pieces are made from natural materials — wood, stone, leather, woven fibre — and are handmade or hand-finished. Variation in colour, grain, marking and dimension is part of what they are, not a fault. Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but screens differ and no two natural pieces are identical.

Intellectual property. The content on this site — text, images, and design — belongs to ALCOVE or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, ALCOVE isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under consumer law that can't lawfully be excluded.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Nothing here limits consumer protections that apply to you where you live.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
